Terms of Use
Welcome to CyberXchange. Please read these terms carefully. They outline the acceptable use of our resources, the importance of information security, confidentiality obligations, and other essential guidelines to ensure a professional and secure environment for all users.
Acceptable Use
The use of our assets, including electronic assets such as email addresses, logical systems, and any assigned storage space, must be conducted in a lawful manner and strictly for official purposes. Personal use of these assets is strictly prohibited. Any illegal activities conducted from assigned accounts are strictly forbidden.
Information Security
You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your usernames and passwords assigned to you for accessing our systems, websites, and collaboration platforms. Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone. Any activity conducted using your username and password will be considered to have been performed by you unless a compromise has been reported to us in advance. Additionally, you must not download or transfer any content outside the assigned domains, including to local systems, unless explicitly instructed by us in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content created by you during your training or internship with us is considered the intellectual property of CyberXchange.
Confidentiality
During your skill development, training, or internship, you may become privy to our internal processes, methods, team members, employees, staff, and access our content, processes, internal documents, and presentations. You are required to maintain strict confidentiality of this information both during and after your term with us. You are prohibited from referring any team members to other organizations for hiring purposes during or after your term with us.
Ethical Hacking and Testing
We do not conduct testing of websites, apps, or platforms without a valid ethical hacking contract. Candidates in our program are not permitted to test actual websites, apps, platforms, or infrastructure unless there is a signed contract with the owner of the system to be tested. No candidate shall test any actual system or infrastructure unless explicitly instructed to do so in writing by CyberXchange. Candidates are solely responsible for any unauthorized testing carried out by them without explicit instructions from CyberXchange in writing. Appropriate action may be taken by CyberXchange to address any violations of these terms.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While our methods are designed to prepare enrolled candidates to become industry-ready and secure cybersecurity jobs, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in our advertisements or postings on our website, where we may offer a money-back guarantee.
