Assist organizations in continuously identifying cyber security gaps in their technology infrastructure by conducting hacking exercises (ethical) under a contract. Assist organizations in making their technology infrastructure secure from cyber attacks, data loss, and insider threats after identifying the cyber security issues.   

The profession involves various expertise ranging from knowledge of website security testing, network security testing, mobile app security testing, API security testing, Cloud platform security testing, simulation phishing exercises, red teaming exercises, source code review etc. Report writing is an important aspect of all expertise as the ultimate outcome appears in the form of a report. Any or all of the above expertise are very valuable in the profession. 

Technical bent of mind. Knowledge of programming languages, scripting languages such as javascript, python etc. are a good background. Knowledge of networking, applications and databases is important. Knowledge of hacking tools such as kali linux operating system, burpsuite, nmap etc. are important as a starting point.

Good writing, communication and presentation skills are advantages but can be compensated with strong technical skills.
