Minutes of Meetings (MoM) are essential documents that provide an overview of the discussion that occurred during a particular meeting. MoM is always written in third-person language. The MoM can be helpful for any individual to refer to it and get an overview of the meeting at any time in the future.


The Draft of Minutes of Meeting should contain at least following items -

  1. Agenda of the Meeting

  2. Date, time, and place of the meeting

  3. Attendees

  4. Primary Discussion Points

  5. Action Items and Follow-Up Tasks that were assigned to attendees.
