Project management involves creation of a proper project plan, communicating updates with the client frequently by giving status updates through video calls, emails etc, conducting quality reviews at regular interval, maintaining an audit trail for every activity that is conducted, taking notes for every meeting that was attended, tracking all the activities conducted throughout the project and ensuring that the activities are completed on or before the proposed timelines.
