Acceptable use 

Use of assets including electronic assets such as email address, logical systems, storage space assigned to you (if assigned) should be used in lawful manner and strictly for official purposes only. Personal use of these assets are not permitted. Illegal activities are not permitted from the assigned accounts.  

 

Information Security

You must ensure confidentiality and security of your username (s) and password (s) that may be assigned to you to operate in our systems / website / collaboration platforms. 

 

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your passwords and not share with anyone else. Any activity from your user name and password shall be considered to have been conducted by you only unless a compromise has been reported to us in advance. 

 

You must not download or transfer any content outside the assigned domains including in your local systems unless explicitly instructed by us in writing. 

 

Intellectual property 

 

All content created by you in the process of training / internship with us are intellectual property of CyberXchange. 

 

Confidentiality 

 

In the process of skill development / training / internship you may become aware of our internal processes, methods, get in touch with other team members / employees / staff, get access to our content & processes, any other internal & confidential documents, presentations etc. You shall maintain strict confidentiality of the above during and after your term ends with us. You cannot refer any team members to other organizations for hiring purposes during or after your term with us.  

 

We do not conduct testing of websites, apps, platforms without a valid ethical hacking contract 

 

Candidates in our program cannot test actual websites, apps, platforms, infrastructure etc. unless there is a contract signed with the owner of the infrastructure / system to be tested. No candidate shall test any actual system / infrastructure unless he / she has been instructed to do so in writing. 

 

Candidates are solely responsible for any testing carried out by them without any explicit instructions from CyberXchange in writing. 

 

Appropriate action may be taken by CyberXchange to address any violations of these terms. 

 

No guarantee of outcome 

 

While our methods promise to equip the enrolled candidates to become Industry ready and get hired for Cyber security jobs. We do not provide any guarantee on the outcome unless it has been included as part of our explicit advertisement / posting on the website where we may only promise money back guarantee.
